Lena and Annie McGinley are both fully qualified teachers, ODCRN, with Cumann Rince Náisiúnta, Dublin, Ireland. Lena is also a qualified adjudicator, ADCRN, in the organization.  Dancers from the school have the opportunity to compete at local, national, and international feiseanna (Irish Dance competitions).

Over the years, McGinley dancers have been very successful in their competitive efforts.  The school boasts many solo and team Regional, National, All Ireland, and World winners.  To date, the school has had 4 solo dancers win the World Championship in their respective age.  They are:
